GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
- Language proficiency verbal and written both English
- Computer literate
- Experience in high rise and multi mass building
- Good knowledge in construction drawing detail, materials and problems at site
- Shall be mentally ready to be assigned in any where in Indonesia at any time
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

ARCHITECT (ED-AR)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Male or Female, max. 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in Architecture, graduated from overseas would be an advantage
- 5 years minimum experience in architecture designing
- Strong in design and concept development, that is in line with understanding of the modern and creative
- Familiar with manual skecthing, AutoCad, 3D Max or other architect design program
- Able to work with Photoshop/Corel Draw/Power Point

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR (CO-PL)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Male or Female, max. 30 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in Architecture/Civil Engineering
- 3 years minimum experience in reputable construction company
- Good knowledge in construction resources

SITE ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (CO-SE)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Male or Female, max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in Architecture / Civil Engineering
- 5 years minimum experience in in reputable construction company

CORPORATE SECRETARY (GD-CS)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Diplome or Bachelor degree in relevant major
- 3 years minimum experience as BOD secretary
- Good looking and communicative

HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR (GD-HR)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Male/Female, max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring in Psychology
- 5 years minimum experience as HRD officer

MARKETING COMMUNICATION STAFF (MD-MC)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Male/Female, max. 28 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring in Management(Marketing)/Communication
- 3 years minimum experience
- Good looking and communicative
