MIRAH HOTEL is a three stars prestigious hotel featuring 88 rooms, 2 restaurants and 4 meeting rooms (with free wi-fi internet connection), located at heart of Bogor within the city’s “Golden Area” a well-known spot operated as the major business and commercial district. The hotel is surrounded by Bogor Botanical Garden, Padjajaran Street, and 5 minutes access to JAGORAWI highway.
Currently the hotel is seeking good attitude, matured and highly motivated candidates for the position of:
I.EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Reporting to the General Manager / Executive Assistant Manager, responsible for the performing general daily housekeeping operation and administration, monitor procedures & budget expenses of housekeeping department, prepare and & reconcile biweekly, monthly & quarterly room inventory, monitor asset remove and reconciliation for all hotel departmental & outlets.
Requirements :
* Male / Female
* Max. Age 40 years old
* Good attitude and personality
* Good in English communication (written & verbally)
* Mature, has good leadership, team work and able to manage subordinates
* Min. 3 years experience as Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive Housekeeper in 3 or 4 stars hotel.
* Able to work in flexible hours and managed to adapt with any work situation / condition
II. HOTEL MANAGER
Reporting to the Board of Directors, responsible for the performing general daily hotel operation & administration, monitor hotel procedures & budget expenses, monitor asset remove and reconciliation within the hotel.
Requirements :
* Male / Female, max. age 40 years old
* Education in hospitality management of graduated of Hotel Academy
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as Hotel Manager
* Good in English is an advantage
* Able to lead and conduct skills training
* Good leadership, Interpersonal skill and multitasking
* Dynamic, service oriented, self motivated, and creative
* Result driven, good-presentation, communication skill team player and problem solving
III.HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for the performing general daily human resources operation & administration, monitor procedures & budget expenses of HR department, prepare and & reconcile biweekly, monthly & quarterly Key Performance Indicator all staffs, monitor asset remove and reconciliation within the department.
Requirements :
* Male / Female
* Max. Age 40 years old
* Good attitude and personality
* Good in English communication (written & verbally)
* Has HR background / Hotel experienced will be an advantage
* Mature, has good leadership, team work and able to manage subordinates
* Min. 3 years experience as Human Resources Manager / Assistant HR Manager
* Able to work in flexible hours and managed to adapt with any work situation / condition
IV.PROPERTY CONTROL
Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for the performing general daily property control operation & administration, monitor procedures & budget expenses of building maintenance, prepare and & reconcile biweekly, monthly & quarterly assets inventory, monitor asset remove and reconciliation in all hotel departments and outlets area.
Requirements:
* Male
* Max. Age 40 years old
* Good attitude and personality
* Good in English communication (written & verbally)
* Has electrical, mechanical, civil engineering background / hotel experienced will be an advantage
* Mature, has good leadership, team work and able to manage subordinates
* Min. 3 years experience as Supervisor Engineering / Assistant Chief Engineering in previous 3 or 4 stars Hotel.
* Able to work in flexible hours and managed to adapt with any work situation / condition
V.OPERATION RESTAURANT MANAGER (KHAS SUNDA)
Reporting to the Board of Directors, responsible for the performing general daily restaurant operation & administration, monitor procedures & budget expenses of food & beverage, prepare and & reconcile biweekly, monthly & quarterly restaurant inventory, monitor asset remove and reconciliation within the restaurant.
Requirements :
* Male / Female, max. age 40 years old
* Education in hospitality management of graduated of Hotel Academy (Culinary)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or in F&B Operation Management (Indonesian Restaurant)
* Good in English is an advantage
* Able to lead and conduct skills training
* Good leadership, Interpersonal skill and multitasking
* Dynamic, service oriented, self motivated, and creative
* Result driven, good-presentation, communication skill team player and problem solving
