Joint our client, a leading multinational network infrastructure solutions company, currently has immediate vacancy for experienced and committed person for a position as:

I.Accounting & Finance Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the company overall financial activities, taxation and audits, budget and forecast, cash management, invoicing & collection, financial reporting, set by both internal and external requirements.

Requirements:

* CPA is preferable
* Hold S1 holder in Accounting from leading Indonesian university
* Master degree (S2) would be advantageous
* Overseas education not required but would be considered
* Proficiency in English is a must.
* Experience in handling budget & strategy planning preparation, financial analysis and reporting, profitability reporting, audit and taxation, etc.
* Possesses good interpersonal skill.
* Must independent and organized with good analytical and communication skills.

II.Sales Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Aggressive approach prospective clients to sell company products
* Ability to do presentation and promote company products
* Liaising effectively with all levels of management within the company in order to facilitate projects and other business opportunities
* Maintaining relationship, promotion with the distributors
* Integrate the brand presence.
* Reporting to Sales Director

Requirements:

* Male, max 40 years old
* Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred (electronics, electrical or IT)
* Master degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 10 years experience of sales and has outstanding records of closing deals.
* Have experience running sales through distributors (candidate without this experience need not apply)
* Possesses strong technical and communication skill
* Driven and ambitious
* Proficiency in English is a must
* This position is based in Jakarta

III.Medical Representative – (Jakarta, Ujung Pandang, Medan)

Responsibilities:

* Objectives:
- Become the key link between the company and medical and healthcare professionals. Responsible for achieve sales target by present scientific and medical information to doctors and other healthcare professional.
* Major Responsibilities:
- Work effectively establish and maintain successful customer relationship
- Increase the awareness and use of a company’s pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts and hospitals.
- Make presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals, as well as working with contacts on a one-to-one basis
- Ensure that formularies contain the product
- Closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales service
- Plan work, schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Generally you will have your own regional area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions in that area
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
- Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations;
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from reputable university (related background : Not Economic or social science)
* Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Multinational pharmaceutical industry
* PEDFI Certified would be an advantage
* have experience handle medical devices
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Self-motivation, drive and initiative
* An outgoing and confident approach
* Ability to understand and present clinical data
* A full driving license
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

IV.Reliability Engineer – (Kalimantan Timur – Bontang)

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Physics, Electrical & Chemical) with Minimal 10 Years experience in Maintenance Field, Engineering Inspection, Engineering Process of chemical Industry
* Understand the concept of Maintenance Management System and the concept of Safety & Reliability Engineering
* Understand Mechanical Integrity & Project Management
* Understand reliability tools/equipment (FMEA, RCA, RCM)
* Understand the operational process of chemical industry plants
* Understand SHE regulations & technical & cost analysisGood interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
* Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* Able to work under pressure
* Willing to be relocated to BONTANG
* Responsibility:
* To observe condition of the plant process (Key Operating Parameters) and inform the operation of differences in short term and long term effects arising and potential modification if needed
* To evaluate plant process, raw material and utilities consumption, production quality and quantity for inputting to KPI Report
* Conduct process study; propose improvements & modification to increase production and reduce operating cost, etc
* Coordinate the lab work in implementing routine and non routine analysis activities to support the plant process
* Assist to find out the causes of damaged plant equipment, to evaluate and decide repair and or improvement for prevention
* Member of Hazard & Operability (HAZOP) team to analyze and predict potential hazards and conduct safety inspections
* Supporting Quality Management System/ISO-9001:2000 & Supporting Environment Management System/ISO-14001
* Conduct administration of Small Project (Change of Design/Management of Change), including preparation of documents and monitor implementation in the field
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

V.Country Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Develop the market share and company size
* In charge for Profit and Loss
* Develop and execute business plan also budget
* Proactive in doing market intelligence (competitor, trend, market needs) as one of continues improvement efforts.
* Lead sales and marketing programs, with direct involvement / approach to user, in parallel to channels
* Support sales and marketing team achieve the target, from technical also commercial aspects
* Control expenses / budget
* Managing and monitoring day to day activities from all functional areas
* Ensure the reporting process to provide comprehensive and accurate data

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of working experience in managerial level
* Bachelor Degree in any related fields, especially Engineering
* Proficient in English is a must
* Business owner personality, with in-depth problem analysis and decision maker
* Proactive and aggressive
* Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
