The following position is available for you:

I.Retail Space Manager – Spaceman (RSM) – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
He / she is responsible for space management / arrangement in retail gondola / shelfs / racks based on sales analysis on own store and competitor’s store. He / she is responsible for such calculations to justify his / her decision. The incumbent will works closely with Category Manager, Merchandising Manager of our Company to utilize space for fulfilling customer satisfaction and in the same time optimizing Category’s Margin Mix.

Requirements:
An ideal candidate would possess these following criteria:

* Holds a bachelor degree in any fields with minimum GPA 3.00
* Experienced in Retail Space Management for more than 3 years with large retail company in Indonesia / overseas
* Experienced in Spaceman / Margin Mix software
* Fluent in English
* Comprehend with advanced Ms-Office functions

II.Purchasing Staff (PS) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to deal with third party / suppliers and obtain the best price in the market, and maintain its delivery based on agreed schedule. He or she must proactively take corrective actions necessary to resolve problems. In addition, the incumbent will also responsible for making reports of his or her activity.

Requirements:
An ideal candidate would possess these following skills:

* Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies (Economy, Accounting, Management, etc) from a prominent university local and overseas
* Has minimum 3 years experience in purchasing with large corporation / multinationals
* Fluent in English
* Comprehend with advanced Ms-Office Suite
* Comprehend with reports
* Strong negotiation skills

III.General Affairs Manager (GAM) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent would be responsible for managing General Affairs matters in our Company. His / her responsibility is may include but not limited to: managing non inventory supplies, phone control, employees expenses control, driver schedule, manage receptionist, etc. In addition, a GA Manager would become the one that in charge in Company’s Protocol and its preparation when the Company has events or guests.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess these following criterias:

* Holds a bachelor degree in hospitality management, or hotel, or tourism, from a prominent University in Jakarta.
* Fluent in English
* Experienced in tourism / hotel industry, and / or General Affairs duties for more than 5 years
* Willing to work with minimum supervision and underpressure in a retail business setting
* Strong negotiation skills
* Comprehend with contract clause and promotional letter screening
* Experienced in GA matters with large multinational companies

IV.Junior Retail Architect (JRA) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent must posses these following characteristics:

* Experienced in using AutoCAD & 3D Building Rendering Software
* Experienced in RETAIL building design & architecture
* Capable in making Bill of Quantity & Quantity Surveyor
* Shows high leadership & coaching skills

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

* Holds a bachelor degree (S-1) in Architecture with GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
* Minimum has 3 years experience in retail architecture / interior design / fitting out
* Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
* Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
* Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
* Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of customers, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to customers, ability to respond to customers tactfully and courteously
* Live in Greater Jakarta area

V.Site Development Manager (SDM) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible to look for a site that can be acquired for Company’s branches expansion in near future. He or she must asses the location profile to justify such investment worth the value. Therefore, he or she must capable in Advanced SWOT Analysis and PESTLE Analysis along with its supporting statistical needed.

Requirements:
An ideal candidate must possess these following criterias:

* Minimum 5 years experience in site development of a large land / real estate developer and / or a retail company.
* Experienced with more than 15.000sqm site project
* Minimum age is 30 years old
* Holds a bachelor degree in Statistical (Economy) and / or Technical fields from a prominent University local or overseas
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Willing to work on a retail environment
* Fluent in English
* Comprehend with Advanced MS-Office Suite and Statistical tools
