I.FINANCE ADVISOR (DIRECTOR LEVEL)
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Finance Advisor is expected to be strategic partner for client management in all corporate financial aspects and will be very less responsibility in operational aspects; however the incumbent of course will have to be responsible in managing, guiding implementation of the strategic corporate financial plan.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
= Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. Master degree in finance will be an added value. GPA should be > 3.00 and from reputable university
= Experience in Corporate Finance especially in banking industry or prominent consulting firm
= Proven track record in corporate finance
= Male / female, age should be above 40
II.a.TERRITORY MANAGER-WEST JAVA
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is an excellent company to work with, as it is one of the biggest names in IT industry worldwide. Your role is imperative for the company, as you will have responsibilities outlined below.
Key responsibilities
- Attainment of revenue targets through sales of new products, renewal of licensing agreements and focus on driving higher EA and annuity revenue mix
- Ensure development and execution of plans to improve customer and partner experience (CPE) in assigned territory
- Drive the deployment and adoption of desktop technologies (Office, Windows and other IW products) and demonstrate to customers the business value from their investments in our client’s products
- Be responsive to all competitive threats from NCS (Non-Commercial Software) movement, in particular Linux and StarOffice and ensure proactive plan to combat this threat in all accounts
- Embrace operational excellence through development of strategic territory and account plans, effectively manage and track sales pipeline as per MSS and TAS planning methodologies, and utilize appropriate business tools and systems to support the account management and sales function
Key requirements
= Track record of sales or business development in leveraged model
= Demonstrates SB/Reseller familiarity
= Demonstrates product knowledge
= Adapt to organizational agility
= Well knowledge in software related products
= Well understood in given territory (West Java) especially on tapping better market and executing it with impact full sales strategies
= Persuasive in selling and well understood in handling objections
= Possesses effective leadership skills especially on motivating and leading the team
= Have exposure in dealing with West Java regulator and media

= Strong negotiation, written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with very senior executives
= Superior commitment to customer service
= Knowledge of products and of competitive platforms and tools
= A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Business would be preferred
III.ANTI PIRACY MANAGER
Our client is an excellent company to work with, as it is one of the biggest names in IT industry worldwide. Your role is imperative for the company, as you will have responsibilities outlined below.
Key responsibilities
- Education - to increase channel license compliance; to generate pubic IPR awareness; to increase customer license compliance via adoption of Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and tools by customers
- Engagement – to work with public and private organizations to educate and increase IPR (intellectual property rights) back drop and leverage as such with marketing and PR support programs
- Enforcement – to work with government other enforcement agencies to implement the IP Code of the Phils and the Optical Media Act
Specific Responsibilities:
= Support the Business Software Alliance (BSA), Government and other local 3rd parties on IPR campaigns.
= Support development & implementation of our client’s IPR marketing, PR and messaging framework / campaigns while managing marketing and PR agencies to deliver these outcomes.
= Work with SMS&P Customer Segment Leads to increase IPR support through industry influencers and business & IT associations.
= External subject matter expert and spokesperson of IPR in coordination with the Community Affairs, Marketing, PR and sales segment teams.
= Internal advocate of IPR and execute on education/training programs to ensure internal employees are able to articulate messages to partners and customers.
= Provide tools, education and messaging to support customer compliance and adoption of SAM practices across all customer segments (SMS&P, Enterprise Partner Group-EPG and Public Sector Group-PSG).
= SAM and our client’s licensing evangelism to customers and partners on a one-on-one as well as broad-base basis.
= Work with partner team to recruit and train partners to deliver SAM services.
= Work with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Group to plan, identify opportunities and execute on the anti-piracy education and enforcement components for genuine software attach in the channel (e.g. direct contact, lead generation, dealer test purchase, onsite training & Point-Of-Sale material distribution etc).
= Assist the OEM Group to enable and motivate the channel to ship and attach genuine software.
= Develop and execute on a mix of PR and marketing communications to the channel on enforcement activity and educational campaigns on the value of pre-installing genuine software and software licensing rules (right licensing for customers).
Key requirements
= Strong project management, process management, cross-group collaboration and vendor management skills are essential
= Good written and oral communication skills as well as confidence in o\presenting to senior executives and representing our client’s to 3rd parties
