JDA had been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years. As a result of the decision to strengthen JDA’s presence in Indonesia, JDA-Indonesia is now strongly represented in Indonesia with offices in Jakarta, Balikpapan, Tembagapura and Batu Hijau.

Our Client operates a coal mine in East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in Indonesia. Currently seeking potential candidates for the following position below

I.COAL CRUSHING AND HANDLING PROJECT SUPERINTEDENT

Key Elements of the position include:

* Identify and carry-out all tasks associated with projects completion meeting the targets set by CHF Development Manager
* Manage and coordinate the process of design, specification, tendering, purchase, installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment for the New and OLC Plant.
* Negotiate with main contractors to get good services within cost, quality and monitor the delivery of purchased items against specification.
* Manage and coordinate the process of scope of work preparation and establishment, tendering, contract administration, and implementation schedule of mechanical construction work packages.
* Monitor the implementation of mechanical construction work packages and control the process against time, cost, scope changes, quality and safety parameters agreed with contractors.
* Manage and monitor actual project cost against budget
* Maintain safety standards within the section as defined by the requirements HSE policy and actively lead and support the ongoing development of safety / environment awareness and training among all members of the section.
* Source, engage and manage contracted engineer, external and internal consultant providing project function services to complement the Section Team Members during an increasing workload period.
* Manage complete project documentation to provide accurate and detailed project data.

Main Qualifications & Experience :

* Possess a tertiary qualification degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
* Minimum 8 years working experience in coal handling plant (crushing plant, washing plant, conveying equipment, coal terminal and port facilities) including involvement in wide variety of mechanical projects.
* Suitable balance between technical and managerial skills
* Knowledge and experience in project management as well as mechanical installation techniques and standards.

II.PYRO SUPERINTENDEN PRODUKTION

Role :

* Improve the overall performance of plant (pyro and raw mill) in all aspects and to maintain and sustainability
* Manage pyro and raw mill section according to the production plan with the required level of quality, quantity, cost safety and environment, managing unforeseen events in the process.

Requirement:

* Minimum bachelor degree from engineering field
* Minimum 5 years experience in relevant area
* Good knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, specialized in burning process
* Good knowledge of production management & planning
* Willing to work in Sumatra area

III.METODS MANAGER

Role :

* Ensure in the short, medium, and long term optimum equipment availability and performance at minimum cost
* Initiate and participate in studies aimed at improving maintenance effectiveness and efficiency ultimately leading to improvement of equipment reliability
* Contribute to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability and utilization targets
* Contribute to the conception, acceptance and integration of new equipment and installation
* Contribute to spares stock optimization
* Validate work orders for significant repairs
* Review priorities assigned to work order and all planned activities

Requirement :

* Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical / electrical engineering
* Minimum 5 years experiences in cement industry or any manufacturing firm performing similar or equivalent maintenance nature
* Knowledge plant technology and plant equipment and history of incidents
* Knowledge the methods of maintenance management
* Design methods for equipment condition monitoring and failure / deterioration diagnosis
* Willing to work in Sumatra area

IV.OVERLAND CONVEYOR & COAL TERMINAL PROJECTS SUPERINTENDENT

Key Elements of the position include:

* Apply project management techniques to lead and administer the project management functions.
* Coordinate the implementation of scientific principles and techniques in multi discipline engineering situations to deliver the outcomes
* Implement agreed scope management procedures ad processes.
* Implement effective procedures, information system, and communication lines as required for the project delivery.
* Implement proper system to monitor and control the project delivery against the agreed scope, time, quality, cost and safety parameters.
* Produce project cost estimates and regularly monitor project costs against budget.
* Carry out tender technical evaluation
* Measure and perceive project progress and act on potential or actual risks
* Produce and administer project documentation
* Apply scientific principles and techniques in mechanical engineering situations
* Prepare technical specification and scope, document for supply and site constructions of mechanic items
* Contribute to mechanical design development as part the entire project
* Supervise mechanical equipment fabrication and installation
* Undertake project management activities in accordance with agreed project management plan
* Monitor aspects of project scope, quality, time, cost, and HSE matters to ensure compliance to agreed project plan.
* Produce technical reports and documentation associated with project.

Main Qualifications & Experience :

* Mechanical engineering background and minimum 8 (eight) years working experience in bulk material handling field with determining roles in capital projects in the last 5 (five) years or equivalent
* Suitable balance between technical and managerial skills
* Conversant with project management tools and techniques
* Proven experience and knowledge in bulk material handling equipment design and installation standards.

V.SALES ENGINEER

Requirement :

* At least 2 years experience in sales/marketing area
* Familiar with HVAC system
* Bachelor degree in engineering/management
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English
* Ethnicity Chinese
* Preferable have own car

VI.ELECTRICAL PLANNER SUPERINTENDENT

Role :

* Determines and ensures when jobs will be done based on consideration of priority, man power, resources, equipment critically and equipment availability
* Define the detailed methodology for carrying out all the jobs according to priorities, and the required resources, skills, co-ordination and supervision
* Ensure the all the necessary materials are available for the planned operations and meet the required quantity and quality
* Prepare time and cost estimates for work orders and jobs to optimize resources utilization
* Formalize and update:
= SOP’s for critical operation
= Re-launching of non-executed work
= The records and statistic
= The technical documentation

Requirement :

* Minimum bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
* Min 5 years experience in the relevant manufacturing industry at similar area
* General knowledge of cement manufacturing process and operation
* Knowledge of plant technology equipment and layout
* Knowledge of plant CMMS
* Knowledge of general mechanical/electrical engineering and industrial automation
* Willing to work in Sumatra area

VII.CEMENT MILL SUPERINTENDENT

Role :

* Managing maintenance system (preventive, predictive and execution) on mechanical equipments in finishing line.

Requirement :

* Minimum bachelor degree from mechanical engineering
* Minimum 5 years experiences in similar area
* General knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and equipments
* Good knowledge of mechanical equipments and troubleshooting, especially for grinding, transport and packing system
* Good knowledge of mechanical gear adjustment, balancing, vibration, and realignment
* Willing to work in Sumatra area

VIII.CIVIL SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT

Key Elements of the position include:

* Apply scientific principles and techniques in civil engineering situations
* Prepare technical specification and scope document for supply and site construction of civil work packages
* Contribute to civil design development as part of the entire project
* Supervise site construction works to ensure compliance with project specification
* Undertake project management activities in accordance with agreed project management plan
* Monitor aspects of project scope, quality, time, cost and HSE matters to ensure compliance to agreed project plan
* Produce technical reports and documentation associated with project.

Main Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor Degree (s1) in Civil Engineering with good academic standing
* Minimum 8 (eight) years working experience with the similar role (preferably mining industry)

IX.POWER PROJECT & ELECTRICAL SUPPORT SUPERINTENDENT

Key Elements of the position include :

* To lead, supervise and manage functions of the section and ensure that safety, environmental, quality and cost control parameters and contribute to the overall success of the department
* Initiate and develop the Section’s annual plant to determine key priorities, consistent, and the Division’s business goals and set the direction for the team
* Demonstrate a through understanding of how the section adds value to the organization. Make decisions that are clearly linked to the business strategy.
* Develop a project plan, including, for example, timelines and inputs and outputs at various stages.
* Identify potential problems and risks and develops contingency/mitigations plans to deal with them. Overseas implementation of the project plan, monitoring progress, resources usage, and quality, and make needed adjustment.
* Identify resources needed to complete the project

Main Qualifications & Experience :

* As a guide, possess S1 in electrical / control system engineering with 8 (eight) years plus or D3 in electrical / control system engineering with 10 (ten) years plus of relevant industry / management experiences.
* Possess extensive experiences and proven skills in running service / operation / maintenance and productions facilities in the mining or industry, preferably involving remote or develop locations and people management issues.
* Have an understanding of how to operate, manage and improve the functions of a department’s sections, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control system of the expansion project

X.PROJECT ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL

Key Elements of the position include:

* Apply scientific principles and techniques in electrical engineering situations.
* Prepare technical specification and scope document for supply and site installation of electrical items
* Contribute to electrical design development as part of the entire project
* Supervise electrical equipment fabrication and installation
* Undertake project management activities in accordance with agrees project management plan
* Monitoring aspects of project scope, quality, time, cost and HSE matters to ensure compliance to agreed project plan
* Produce technical reports and documentation associated with project.

Main Qualifications & Experience:

* Possess S1 electrical / control system engineering with at least 3 (three) years relevant mining / industry experiences or D3 with at least 7 years relevant mining / industry experiences.

XI.PROJECT ENGINEER – CIVIL

Key Elements of the position include:

* Apply scientific principles and techniques in civil engineering situations
* Prepare technical specification and scope document for supply and site construction of civil work packages
* Contribute to civil design development as part of the entire project
* Supervise site construction works to ensure compliance with project specification
* Undertake project management activities in accordance with agreed project management plan
* Monitor aspects of project scope, quality, time, cost and HSE matters to ensure compliance to agreed project plan
* Produce technical reports and documentation associated with project.

Main Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor Degree (s1) in Civil Engineering with good academic standing
* Minimum 3 (three) years working experience with the similar role (preferably mining industry)
