Marketing Adminstrative Executive
Job responsibilities :
* Provide marketing support in maintaining stock database
* Involve in daily update of the stock database
* Provide marketing operational support and administration

Requirements :
* Good communications and interpersonal skills
* Organised, meticulous and able to work independently
* Computer literate
* Team-oriented with the confidence and maturity to work effectively with different levels of the organisation
* Proficient in numbers
* Basic understanding of English

Marketing Operations Executive
Job responsibilities :
* Coordinate with other internal departments on operational and logistical matters
* Assist Marketing Executives in marketing related activities
* Provide marketing operational support and administration

Requirements :
* Good communications and interpersonal skills
* Organized, meticulous and able to work independently
* Computer literate
* Team-oriented with the confidence and maturity to work effectively with different levels of the organization
* Proficient in numbers
* Good planning and analytical skills
* Proficient in English language (written and oral)

Legal Administration Executive
Job responsibilities :
* Ensure the compliance of laws of Indonesia
* Protect the company’s legal rights
* Reviewing, drafting and vetting of legal documentations and commercial contracts
* Advising the management on any legal or compliance issue
* Perform legal research to suport business needs

Requirements :
* Minimum degree in Law / Legal studies
* Good drafting skills with an analytical mind
* Good knowledge of Indonesia company law
* Team-oriented with the confidence and maturity to work effectively with different levels of the organization
* Computer literate
* Basic understanding of English

Management Trainee
Job responsibilities :
Your starting position will be as a mangement trainee in the internal audit department. This position will allow you to better understand the operations of the Company and also for the Company to identify the position which will suit you best. Upon successful completion, you will be posted to other departments as a training manager.

Requirements :
* Detail-oriented, meticulous and organised
* Able to work independently and as a team player
* Proficient in numbers
* Able to do shift work
* Good planning and analytical skills
* Highly committed with enthusiam
