1. System Developer
Requirements:
• Experience in MS SharePoint portal
• Experience in Document Management & Archiving solutions. Net, XML, Web services programming

2. Oracle ERP System Analyst
Requirements:
• At least three (3) years experience in ERP field
• Experience in Oracle Financials and Supply-Chain modules
• Experience in Oracle Projects and Manufacturing modules is a plus

3. Career Development Specialist
Requirements:
• Hold Degree in Business Administration graduate
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as ay Senior Career Development Specialist preferably in any manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in career development of HR professionals
• In-dept knowledge and adaptability in multi-cultural environment
• Significant HR experience in day-to-day operations and demonstrated success in performance evaluation analysis and improvement
• Demonstrated ability in HR program policy analysis, and program development program implementation
• Implications of business strategy in relation to defining HR issues
• Excellent ability to develop job description and performance competencies and evaluation for different job category

4. Senior Training Specialist
Requirements:
• Hold Degree in Business Administration graduate
• Minimum of 8 years experience as Training Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge and experience in sourcing of training programs and processing training activities
• Fluent in English, Good communication skills and knowledge of computer software
• Able to conduct In-house training programs in coordination with all concerned parties
• Must be proficient in oral & written communication skills and able to develop and write Technical Reports

5. TQM Facilitator
Requirements:
• BS Degree in Engineering or in Business, with Auditing background
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in TQM Program Administration and TQM Initiatives, preferably in an electronics technology industry
• In-depth experience and ability in TQM concepts & tools (SPC, Cost of Quality, etc.) top promote TQM
• Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing background is desirable
• Must be proficient in oral & written communication skills and able to develop and write Technical Reports
