1. Analyst / Inspector
Requirements:
• Must be an S1 graduate of either Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience – Fresh graduate or with at least one (1) year working experience as QA inspector/Analyst in a food processing company.
• High Level of communication skills required to interface across all inter-departmental personnel.
• Must be familiar with laboratory apparatus and their applications; can diligently follow specific instructions; ability to write reports and procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and plant operators.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• With initiative and is willing to work on shifting schedule and render overtime work when necessary.
• Must be of good moral character.
2. Electrician
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for electrical and control equipment, and troubleshooting of all production equipment and auxiliaries to keep it in running condition
• Performs routine check-up on all running plant equipment to prevent machine breakdowns
• Responds immediately to repair calls from production supervisors and/or machine operators
• Performs wiring installations, electrical works and other related jobs
• Follow good manufacturing practise, safety procedures and guidelines and company rules and regulations
• Informs the electrical/PM supervisor on all matters affecting electrical repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Performs other fuctions as may be assigned by superion from time to time
Requirements:
• Male
• College level (Electrical or Electronics and communication Engineering) or Technical School graduate of any Electrical or Electronics courses
• At least 1 year experience in related field
3. Area Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Under the general supervision of the Sales Manager, directly supervise actual Sales operations and implements business plans by monitoring and evaluating the performance of Regional Distributors Salesman to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Graduate with min Diploma (D3) degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
• With at least 2 years related work experience
• Willing to be placed in Padang, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin
4. Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Under the general supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, directly supervise actual Sales operations and implements business plant by monitoring and evaluating the performance of Sales Supervisor to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
• College graduate with degree in business, marketing or its equivalent
• With at least 2-3 years related work experience
• Leadership capabilities with good human relation and sufficint management skill to serve as model for his/her subordinates
• Common sense and mature judgement with high and aggressive business acumen
• Sources working knowledge of different trade sector (MT and GT)
• Proficiency in the English language will be a plus
• Willing to be placed at Makasar, Banjarmasin and Medan
