We need a few talented, highly motivated and results orientated people to join our successful business team as:
1. Accounting
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Diploma or Bachelor degree (S 1) in Accounting
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Comprehensive knowledge of taxation, account, cash flow planning, balance sheet, General Ledger, strong analysis, and knowledge in Financial Management System.
• Good analytical thinking
• Strong leadership, people management skills, interpersonal skills, good communication
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Flexible to work longer hours when required
• The successful incumbents will be stationed in SURABAYA
2. Marketing Administration Staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law
• Female
• At least 1 years experience in property & real estate industry.
• Knowledge of organizational policies in legal affairs, especially in services business law and contract matters.
• Able to provide advice, assistance and support to the Management related to legal matters.
• Strong leadership, people management skills, interpersonal skills, good communication
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• The successful incumbents will be stationed in SURABAYA
3. Senior Civil Supervisor
Requirements:
• Male, age between 30 - 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Housing, building and infrastructure as Supervisor
• University Degree from reputable university, majoring in Civil Engineering
• Hard worker, ability to work under pressure, goal setting minded, good communication skill and good team player
• Computer literate
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa
• The successful incumbents will be stationed in SURABAYA
