1. Senior HSE Representative
Responsibilities:
• Monitors daily work practices utilized by PT Flora Bahari Marine Services and/or other contractors/subcontractors present on the project. Confer with superintendents and labor supervisors on health, safety and environmental matters to ensure that work plan procedures are in conformance with PT Flora Bahari Marine Services, client and governmental requirements. Stops work in imminent danger situations, recommend corrective action, and advises supervisor of actions taken. Initiates Notices of Non-Compliance and follows-up to ensure corrective actions, as stipulated and approved by Project Site Manager, are implemented.
• Remain cognizant of all health, safety and environmental National Standards/regulations promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration/Marine Safety and Health Administration or other governmental agencies. Conducts or assists, as assigned, in accident investigations, OSHA/MSHA compliance audits, project health surveys and insurance audits. Documents causative factors, prepares reports and takes photographs as required. Prepares subject material and conducts project health, safety, environmental, and fire orientation and training programs for manual/non manual personnel. Prepares for approval by the General Manager, project health, safety, environmental and fire reports as required by the PT Flora Bahari Marine Services Safety Procedures manual.
• Attends meetings of superintendents to ensure that the project health, safety and environmental program are adhered to when making up the work plan procedure. Audits project medical records to ensure that OSHA/MSHA record keeping requirements are maintained and identified injury and illness trends for corrective action. Prepares required monthly HSE reports and distribute according FBMS policies. Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks to ensure most urgent are performed first Assist with preparation of HSE documents for Tenders such as required by Oil and Gas Companies
• Organize and conduct HSE meetings, Communicating and discussing in English with HSE Consultant

Requirements:
• Male
• Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Have K3 Certificate is advantage
• Having working experiences min. 6 (six) years in HSE
• Experience in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for Health, Safety, and Environment within the energy and/or petrol-chemical construction industries
• High level of computer literacy and creativity
• Must have good planning skill and interpersonal skills
• Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision

2. Senior Operations Specialist (Supervisor)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and directing field Marine and Logistical Supply Service Operations
• Recommend and implement approved standard operation procedures and services guidelines
• Assist with development of company business plan and operation strategy
• Attending Pre-bid meetings, aid with tender preparation and submission, and attend tender openings
• Coordinate project operations with HSE Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Marketing Department, and Security
• Ability to detect problems in the field and take immediate corrective action
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly operation reports

Requirements:
• Male,
• Having minimum 10 years of progressively responsible operational experience, especially in Marine/Oil & Gas Company with a demonstrated record of success and effective performance
• Proficiency in English both oral & written and computer literacy
• Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrix organization
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation, and influencing, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
• Solid strategic, analytical, and decision making skills
• A self-starter, confident in his abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision
• A results-oriented individual who can make a difference; an individual who takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability and has a “can do” attitude; has a sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure, and/or with tight deadline and urgency conditions
• Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• A strong value system, unquestioned integrity and good listening skills
