1. Finance and Accounting General Manager (Property Developer Division-Code: FGM-01)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing overall financial operation which include preparing budget and financial report.

Requirements:
• The candidates should hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Maximum age around 40
• Have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing financial operation in large scale property business.
• The candidates should also be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership & work under pressure.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

2. Chief Executive Officer (Property Developer Division-Code:CEO-01)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead the overall operation management to meet the company’s expectation and profitability objective.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree(S1) in related disciplines
• Maximum age around 50′s
• Fluent in English is a must
• Minimum 10 year(s) of working experience in managing project development, marketing, financial, human resources and legal aspect in large scale property developer
• The candidates should also be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership & work under pressure

3. Business Development Director (Property Developer Div-Code:BDV-01)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for feasibility study of the property investment

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree(S1) in related disciplines
• Maximum age around 50′s
• Fluent in English is a must
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in developing property business plan which include making feasibility studies of property investment in large scale property developer
• The candidates should also be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership & work under pressure

4. Marketing General Manager (Property Developer Div-Code:MGM-01)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all marketing activities in commercial (Mall/Trade Centre), which include developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy
• Achieving sales target, managing market research and product launching to well ensure implementation of the management expectation.

Requirements:
• The candidates should have minimum 8 years experience
• Experience in coordinating & controlling marketing activities and developing strategic planning in large scale Mall/Trade Center business
• Hold at least a Bachelor Degree in related disciplines and maximum age around 40.
• The candidates should also be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership & work under pressure.

5. Marketing Manager (Property Developer Div-Code:MKT MG-01)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all marketing activities in commercial (Mall/Trade Centre), which include developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy
• Achieving sales target
• Managing product launching to well ensure implementation of the management expectation.

Requirements:
• The candidates should have minimum 5 years experience in coordinating and controlling marketing activities in large scale property business
• Hold at least a Bachelor Degree in related disciplines
• Maximum age around 40.
• The candidates should also be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership & work under pressure
