We need a super creative person to work on our company. You need to bring your creativity into our desk. Skills needed:
1. Restaurant Manager (Hongkong-Macau Resto)
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the overall level of customer satisfaction
• Optimising the QSC & V, sales and profit results of the restaurant
• Holding controllable P & L line items within company guide and budget
• Comply to all applicable labours laws, Company policy, security and safety procedures by all employees
• Overseeing the recruitment and retention of an adequate staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Supervising in-restaurants implementations of new product and procedures
• Conducts weekly or monthly management meetings and sessions
• Ensuring accuracy of monthly reports
• Ensuring verifications of all deposits
• Creating long-term restaurants objectives and action plans for People, QSC & V, Sales projection and profit
Requirements:
• Confident and Outgoing
• Good Communications skills in English
• Well Groom and Attractive Looking
• Age below 35 years
• Excellent command in English language, both written and spoken
• Possess strong operational and interpersonal skill
• Dynamic, Self & Highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• At least 3 years of experience in similar fields in F & B
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Words
• Prefer with working experience in Chinese Restaurant
• Working location is North Jakarta
2. Designer
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and Create designs for a wider variety of marketing and advertisement materials
• Prepare Final Artworks for Production
• Check and Evaluate pre-print, printing materials, color samples and printing quality to ensure accuracy in Artwork and Text
• Manage soft copy graphic inventory
• Follow up on each project include coordinate with suppliers and customers, update the team regularly with projects status
Requirements:
• Hold Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design / Art & Design /Advertising Marketing or equivalent
• Candidate must be fluent in English
• Age under 30 years , fresh graduate are welcome
• Possess professionalism with the ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize work, and must be able to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has an eye for details and strong sense of color and typography skills
• Good Knowledge of Macintosh and PC, and related software (e.g. 3D Studio Max, Free Hand, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator). Knowledge in Auto Cad, Flash MX and Dream Weaver, is an advantage
• Working location is North Jakarta
