1. HR Manager
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): Good in payroll system.
• Required language(s): English.
• Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

2. BAS Supervisor
Requirements:
• Male, age between 29 – 40 years old
• Associate Degree major in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or High School/STM major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 7 years experience in the same field
• Have experience 5 years in the same position in high rise building
• Strong knowledge in Building Automation System
• Good leadership, interpersonal skill
• Computer literate
• Able to speaking & writing in English

3. Finance & Accounting Staff
Requirements:
• Female, age between 20 – 24 years old
• Associate Degree major in Accounting (high school are welcome to apply, major in Accounting with 1 years experience in the same position)
• Have experience in Finance & Accounting position
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
• Able to work as independently and as a team
• Able to manage, distribute voucher & payment
• Strong knowledge in Accounting
• High initiative & motivation
• Good relationship
• Good command in English both oral and written

4. Testing & Commisioning Coord
Requirements:
• Male, between 25 – 40 years old
• Min. Associate Degree major in Electrical/Electronica/Mechanical Engineering
• Have knowledge/experience to test commisioning in mechanical & electrical high rise building project
• Have leadership skill (delegating task & supervision team work)
• Able to shop drawing M&E instalation system
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 tools
• Computer literacy (MS. Office, Power Point, Autocad)

5. QS (Quality Surveyor)
Requirements:
• Male, between 26 – 40 years old
• Min. Associate Degree major in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in the same position
• Strong knowledge in material electrical & mechanical high rise building project
• Good interpersonal skill
