I.Demand Planning Officer
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Industrial Engineering / Economic/ Pharmacy
- Have experience in demand planning or PPIC area are preferred
- Willing to be placed in Palembang
- Good analytical skill and communicative
II.TRAINING MANAGER (SOFT SKILLS)
Main roles and responsibilities;
- Supervise all kind of training administrations (evaluation, certification, registration)
- Facilitate soft skills trainings such as: Leadership Skills, Effective Sales Presentation Skills, Conflict Resolution, Effective Communication Skills, Performance Appraisal for Managers, Negotiation Skills, Delegation Skills, Coaching and Counseling etc
- Able to conduct the correct TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
- Communicate to all line managers that learning and development is a shared responsibility and form a partnership with them which encourages all employee to have a fair opportunity for growth within the organization
- Propose new learning & development interventions to achieve Dexa’s business objectives
- Maintain the internal trainers’ resources and infrastructure
- Manage and maintain good relationship with external training vendors
Requirements;
- Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university (min IPK 3.0), have worked in a managerial level for the past 3 years (minimum) and have experiences in leading a team of Training Officers/Trainers
- Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
- Have no issues with traveling
And you are:
- Energetic, extrovert and assertive
- Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
Notes:
- Have some Training Certifications in certain Soft Skills is a plus point
III.Purchasing Executive
Requirements :
-Bachelor degree from a reputable university, any major
-Max 28 years old
-Have at least 2 years experience, in purchasing area preferred
-Proficient in English
-Able to work fast and under pressure
