I.Transmission Planner (MGS-TRSPL-1)

Job Descriptions :
Transmission network planning covers definition of the whole network topology, media and technology selections, equipment configurations, synchronization and management plans, managing site survey and LOS team.

Experience Required :
At least 1 years’ relevant experience in Telecom Industry, 2to 6 years will be preferred candidates

Responsibilities :
- Initial dimensioning of the transmission network
- Transmission media selections: microwave, SDH, optic, copper, leased line
- PDH and SDH Microwave Radio Link Frequency Planning and C/I Analysis Issues
- Existing network evaluation/expansion
- Path loss Transmission Planning Tools
- Technical site surveys & Line-of-sight surveys
- A-ter, Abis Link and Capacity Planning
- Capacity and topology planning
- Synchronization planning
- Network management planning
- Routing with timeslot allocation
- MW link level planning and interference analysis
- Selection MSC and BSC Borders, Site Locations and HUB Site Selections

Eligibility

- Batchelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Fundamental of RF Knowledge

II. RF Optimization Engineer (MCIN-OS-1)

Experience Required :
At least 2-5 years’ relevant experience in Telco Industry.

Responsibilities :

- Should have strong RF knowledge & well versed with Optimization process of one or more of the following: GSM, CDMA, Should have relevant work experience in a substantial cellular network environment covering a number of the following areas:
- Parameter configuration checks
- Schedule Testing / Define Drive test Teams
- Top X sites/cells monitoring (Drop Call, Congestion, Handover)
- Review RF Parameters of Cell Sites
- Capture Drive Test Data & Post Processing
- Identify, Resolve & Verify Resolution RF Problems
- Fine tuning of algorithms to obtain optimum settings
- Power control, Handover parameters settings, LAC settings etc.
- Tracking the progress of RF optimization
- Resolving the differences between the planned data & the implemented data
- Presenting the results to the customer Good analytical skills & well-acquainted with RF propagation & RF characteristics
- Good track record of managing multiple projects across Asia
- Ease in dealing with all levels of people (e.g. senior managers, sub-contractors & engineers)
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Willing to travel in the region

Eligibility :

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (majoring in telecommunications preferred)
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Telco Industry

III.Drive Test Engineer (MGS-DT-1)

Qualification:

- Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering
- Have at least 2 years of drive test working experiences with 2G/3G GSM /WCDMA Network Design and Optimization
- Good knowledge in drive test tools functionality, post report analysis and use of applications related to the drive testing service
- Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports
- Experienced with national cellular operator
- Familiar with NSN tools are plus
- Willing to travel and located in around Indonesia

IV.HRD ( MGS-HRD-1)

Qualification:

- Male/Female max. 30 years old
- Degree holder in Psychology / Law from a reputable university
- Having at least 1 year experiences in the same position
- Capable in handling : Administration, Employees salary payment, employee tax, Jamsostek
- Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Resourceful, well organized and result
- Proficient in written & spoken English and computer literate

V.SECRETARY (MGS-SEC-1)

Qualification:

- Female, 28 years old
- D-3 from reputable academy
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Able to manage general office affairs and arrange scheduled for meetings
- Able to independently handle correspondence both in English and in Bahasa with good typing speed and filing
- Able to receive guests of all levels and handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Well versed in all secretarial duties Proficient in written & spoken English and computer literate

VI.Radio Planner (MGS-RF-1)

Job Descriptions :
To work for GSM or CDMA Planning and Optimization. Drive test, site survey.

Experience Required :
2 to 5 years relevant experience in Telco Industry

Responsibilities:

- Should have Basic Telecom Knowledge, GSM RF Planning, and Fundamental of Wireless technology. Should have relevant work experience in cellular planning covering a number of the following areas:
- RF design & Propagation modeling
- Performance analysis
- Optimization
- Traffic and Capacity Planning
- Frequency planning
- BSS Dimensioning
- Site Selection & Technical Site Survey
- Independent, self-motivated & hard working
- Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Willing to travel in the region
