1. Equipment Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Effective management of all Company plants, machines & equipment
• Ensuring machine downtime is eliminated or minimized
Requirements:
• At least 7 years professional experience within the construction, building and property industries,
• Proven track record as equipment maintenance manager
• Excellent knowledge in managing big gensets
• Ability to manage mechanics
• Computer literate
• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Fluent in oral and written Indonesian and English
• Ability to work in remote areas
2. Project/Site Manager
Responsibilities:
• Effective management of project site operations
• Scheduling of materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
• Ensuring production rate is achieved without sacrificing quality & budget
Requirements:
• At least 7 years professional experience within the construction, building and property industries,
• Proven track record in project management and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage large numbers of staff
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
• University Level education in Engineering
• Fluent in oral and written Indonesian and English
• Ability to work in remote areas
3. Planning & Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
• Effective management of planning & engineering department
• Ensuring engineering designs, drawings, and cost estimates are correct
Requirements:
• At least 7 years professional experience within the construction, building and property industries,
• Proven track record as a planning & engineering manager
• Ability to manage multinational & multi-disciplined architects & engineers
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Engineering or Architectural degree
• Fluent in oral and written Indonesian and English
• Ability to work in remote areas
4. Project Planner/Scheduler
Responsibilities:
• Detailed project scheduling, i.e. time, materials, manpower and equipment schedules
• Project schedules monitoring, updating, and reporting
Requirements:
• At least 7 years professional experience within the construction, building and property industries,
• Proven track record in project planning and scheduling skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (Primavera will be an advantage)
• Engineering or Architectural Degree
• Excellent background on project estimating
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Ability to work in remote areas
