Prepared documentation of Material (Traceability Report and Materials Certificate), review of procedure and acceptance criteria based on requirement of client, available Specification, Codes, or Standard (ANSI and Isometric for Fitting, ASME B.31.3 for Weldment) and AFC Drawing. Review validation test equipment such as: Power Source, Welding Process, and Electrodes to be used. Monitoring Welding Preparation prefabrication; Welding Geometry (Groove face and Root Face).Prepared documentation of fitting until weld complete (Request For Inspection Report) and check for dimension (length, distortion, centered of flange), date of marking, fitting date, welder ID, and welding process of use by welder for Welding Sequence (root pass, hot pass, filler pass, and cover pass).Request for NDT Technician to the client as per requirement after weld completed. Prepared final inspection report (Release of Complete Spools), requested to the QC Client for final Visual Inspection of Weldment for measurement there is no problem until fabrication completed.

Prepared documentation methods; Weld maps, Acceptance criteria and tolerance based on client requirement, available Specification, Codes and Standard (API 650 for Oil Storage Tank) and AFC Drawing, reviewed any validation test equipments to be usage, identified transferred heat/plate cast number on plate (shell, bottom, roof) based on their courses or segment. Measured and recorded dimension of plate before and after cut. Inspection rolled with radius requires. Inspection welding preparation on shell plate bottom, roof joined, determine and monitoring welding sequence to minimize distortion or buckling and welding process to be usage. Inspected for banding, peaking, roundness, plumpness to meet tolerance and requirement. Inspected and reporting orientation and dimension of nozzle main hole or other appurtenances. Inspected weldment and size weld to meet requirements. Requests for NDT Technician as per requirement to Client after welding completed. Request test packages for vacuum test leak test and whiteness the test to Client. Participations in erection and final test for plumpness and roundness.
