1. Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
• Monitors and develops all related functions to ensures the product and process quality comply with quality management system and customer requirements and to ensure alignment with ISO and API standards.
• Develops and simplifies processes and procedures to assist the organization in achieving quaity goals.
• Maintains relationship with certification bodies such as ISO and API to ensure quality compliance and coordinate any audit requirements.
• Maintains and update quality documentations in line with ISO and API requirements.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (Oral & Written) is mandatory.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in quality area preferably from oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge and experience with industrial standards organization (ISO). Exposure to American Petrolium Institut (API) quality requirements is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, statistical quality engineering, inspection, auditing, calibration, data analysis techniques and quality cost principles.
• A team player with the ability to work effectively with other to accomplish job objectives.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to secure information, identify key issues and understand cause-effect relationship.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens.
• Full-Time positions available.
2. Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Maintain costomer accounts.
• Seeks and identifies business opportunities.
• Prepares sales strategies for targeted accounts.
• Work with the proposal team to communicate costumer requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports and internal memos to communicate and outline oppoertunities.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in oil and gas industry.
• Strong analytical thinking in identifying key issues and understanding cause-effect relationship.
• Customer Oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, writting adn presentation skills is preferred.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
