Welcome to Manito World, PT. We are a very fast growing and modern garment export & import manufacturer specializing in knitting. Following our company fast growing, we are urgently looking for professional candidates to join us for position as:
1. Production Manager
Responsibilities:
• Leading the production workers to achieve the daily target
• Arrange the planning production schedule, so the delivery export MUST always ON TIME
• Maintain the teamwork in production division
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Korean, Chinese
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sukabumi.
• Applicants should be others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Have leadership skills in leading the production workers.
• Knowing well the good production process.
• Have a good analytical skills in reading reports
• Have excellence spirit in doing any job.
2. Cutting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Provide the daily cutting supply for all sewing line.
• Provide the cutting inventory, at least for the next 3 days
• Leading all the cutting workers to work effectively as planned
• Make sure all the records of cutting reports right
• Maintain the teamwork in cutting division well
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Korean, Japanese
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sukabumi.
• Applicants should be others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Possess the excellent cutting techniques
• Have analytical skills in reading reports
• Have leadership skills in leading the cutting division workers
3. Chief Sewing
Responsibilities:
• Must lead the sewing operators and teach them how the best techniques to them.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sukabumi.
• Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably coordinator/supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Possess the excellence sewing skills
• Smart, fast and effective in arrange the production layout
• Have leadership skills in handling the production sewing workers
• Have excellence spirit in doing any kind of job
4. Marketing / Follow Up
Responsibilities:
• Handling the appointed fashion style from the beginning until the delivery time and make sure all is going well
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Korean.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sukabumi.
• Applicants should be others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably senior staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent.
• 3 Full-Time positions available.
• Have a lot of knowledge about fabrics quality and pricing.
5. QA Staff
Responsibilities:
• Guarantee all the products that is ready for export are excellent according to buyer’s standards.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Korean, Chinese
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sukabumi.
• Applicants should be others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably senior staffs specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Have experience in handling US products
