Management Development Program
Requirements:
- Male/female
- Age max 35 years old
- S1 Degree in any discipline, preferably from hospitality background
- Experienced in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English and computer literate
- Fast learner and highly motivated person
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have initiative and ability to cope with rapidly changing and dynamic trend/lifestyle
- Willing to work in shift and willing to be placed in any locations in Indonesia
Management Trainee
Requirements:
- Min. S1 degree from any major reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good personality with leadership and communication skill
- Outgoing personality who enjoys socializing and build network
- Must be able to speak and write in English fluently
- Strong analytical skill
- Well mannered, attractive, and creative people
- Able to work independently (without supervision) and under pressure
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
Crew
Requirements:
- Min. SMU or D3 from any background
- Male/Female max.25 years old
- Outgoing personality who enjoys socializing and build network
- Fluent in English (min. passive) and computer literate
- Well mannered, attractive, energetic, and creative people

Requirements:
- Male
- Age max.25 years old
- Min. D3 with IT background
- Have a good knowledge in IT
- Male Max. 25 years old
- Min. height 165 cm
- Physically & mentally healthy
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure and in any conditions
- Willing to be placed in any locations in Indonesia
- Fluent in English

actually I have sent email to your address but for my quick refference as follows,
I was working for about 4 years as an Owner representative for a Singaporean Shipping company in Indonesia which main core bussiness in Tug & Barging.
One of my job is to entertain some people in order to support the vessels operation in Indonesia area, the entertain is from Foreigner to local people such like customer, Surveyor, goverment officer.
I also has been given responsible for leading and controling Indonesian crew which working in their vessels, also to analize and prevent of any of unconditional behaviour of the crew which can give negative effect to the company, also to maximize their potential in working so will be a good effect to the company.
I also have been given responsble to control vessels movement, bunker (Fuel topping up, and daily consumption).
For this my time of working is not limited only for working hours, event at public holiday.
I may be to late of submitting this application but as we know never say too late for good career, and I hope this quick refference may meet your requirement.
I am still working in local shipping company now, but i know my talent is in hospitality field, and i can maximize my potential in this field.

Dear Mods,
Informasi yang sangat bagus untuk orang-orang yang ingin tahu seberapa besar ‘value’nya dibursa tenaga kerja ini. Dan yang lebih penting tetap meng-create persaingan yang sehat, dengan menjunjung sportifitas, karena bukan zamannya lagi istilah KKN berlaku.
Beberapa tahun lalu saya masih mempertanyakan ‘worth it’ tidaknya cari kerja dengan cara ini, tapi ternyata salah satu teman saya berhasil menjawab pertanyaan tadi. Dia sekarang sudah menempati posisi yang memang sangat dia inginkan dengan feed back yang bagus tentunya.
Tapi sangat disayangkan, di rublik ini yang seharusnya menampung respon kok, malah banyak juga yang memunculkan cover letternya? Sekalian ber-iklan? Yeaahh, mungkin saja..
