Walaupun berkantor di BEJ, ternyata Maxgain bukan anggota yang diakui oleh BEJ. Di webnya BEJ (www.jsx.co. id) tidak terdapat anggota BEJ/broker yang bernama Maxgain. Maxgain ternyata adalah salah satu broker di BBJ (Bursa Berjangka Jakarta), bukan BEJ. Kalau kita cari di
google dengan keyword maxgain ternyata mostly yang keluar adalah peringatan dan pengalaman buruk tentang Maxgain. Tanpa bermaksud menjelekkan sebuah perusahaan, di google adaSebuah artikel yang mengatakan :
…….Maxgain menghimpun modal dengan cara merekrut karyawan. Karyawan tersebut dipaksa mencari investor dan atau berinvestasi sendiri….. .
