1. RF Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Designing In-Building Coverage system (GSM, 3G & SDH)
• Conduct RF survey
• Conduct Path loss survey
• Determine antenna location as required base on commitment area.
• Link Budget calculation
• Conduct Drive test/ walk test
• Analyze and troubleshoot if any problem found.
• Produce report.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 4 years experience in Telecommunication Industry, specially in design planning network
• Have strong knowledge in Telecommunication Technology as GSM, CDMA, 3G, SDH Technology
• Advanced skill in using Radio Network Planning Tools & TEMS application is an advantage
• Diligent, Self Motivated and have strong analytical concept
• Able to work individually or be a part of team

2. Installation & Test Commissioning Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Performing activities associated with installing, testing, commissioning & integrating and maintenance of telecommunications equipment to current technical standards & practices on sites.
• Interpreting design package information to ascertain the physical location and equipment layout for installation, e.g. floor plans, rack layouts, tower and antenna locations, duct routes, etc.
• Perform site survey to plan installation activities.
• Maintain design package information during installation with design changes and red line drawings to be submitted to design for site as built drawings and finalization.
• Verify as built service and material quantities used on site are correct for QDC sites and/or subcontractor sites.
• Care and operation of tools, mechanical aids, inspection and test equipment and other installation / commissioning equipment to be used to perform duties including competency to operate the equipment and responsibility to ensure the equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and project requirements.
• Performing Quality Control activities such as site installation audits, witnessing inspection and testing and material inspection and verification for QDC and/or subcontractor site works.
• Coordinating of removal of excess materials not installed from site to QDC store or other location.
• Complete and submit documentation as required for activities performed.
• Represent QDC in a professional manner at all times when on duty in particular with customers, site owners, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities.
• Apply continuous improvement processes to contribute to the development of new processes and procedures associated with projects containing existing or new or multiple technologies.
• Comply with QDC’s Code of Conduct at all times

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree majoring in Telecommunication Engineer
• Have a good knowledge about installation, testing and commissioning
• Have minimum experience 3 years in Telecommunication area
• Familiar with Site Master – Anritsu
• Having minimum 2 years experience in telecommunication area
• Able to work under pressure

3. Structural Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Make structural calculation for Telecommunication Tower.

Requirements:
• Have educational background in Civil Engineering.
• Have 2 years minimum experience in telecommunication projects.
• Possess special skill in designing tower.
• Have good knowledge of civil software, such as: MS Tower, SAP, ETABS.
• Possess good verbal, oral and written communication skills in the English and Indonesian languages.
• Age between 27 – 35 year old.
