Now in Batam, we are looking for:
1. Manager, Test Equipment Engineering
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for functional area within production (production, engineering, technology transfer, assembly, others) Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions regarding nonconforming product or equipment / process outputs using state-of-the-art semiconductor production equipment in assigned areas Prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving and statistical process control methods Interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, equipment suppliers, business divisions Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions regarding yield enhancement and other highly technical issues including Process Integration, Device and Parametrics, Defect Reduction, and Failure Analysis
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Possess in-depth knowledge on Tester and Handler with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong management skill to lead and manage Engineers to achieve company targets
• Able to relocate to Batam
2. Mold Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Molding process technology development for IC lead frame packages
• Responsible for new equipment/ materials/ process characterization
• Responsible for the design and tool-up product related kits for development and initial production purpose
• Define and generate relevant design rules, catalog and process document
• Responsible for new product ramp-up activities
Requirements:
• Hold Masters/Bachelor Degree in Material / Mechanical / Chemistry Engineering
• At least 3-5 years experience in an IC assembly environment in Mold process.
• Has in-depth knowledge/ experience in using green compound.
• Good knowledge in using DOE for process characterization.
• Strong analytical skills, and highly motivated
3. Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Molding process technology development for IC leadframe packages
• Responsible for new equipment/ materials/ process characterization
• Responsible for the design and tool-up product related kits for development and initial prroduction purpose
• Define and generate relevant design rules, catalog and process document
• Responsible for new product ramp-up activities
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate
• Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): IC Assembly, Green compound, using DOE. Preferred skill(s): Strong analytical skills, and highly motivated.
• Required language(s): English. Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
• Applicants should be Filipino, Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably coordinator/supervisors specializing in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent. 2
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
4. EOL Process Engineer
Responsibilities:

Saya lulusan dari STM Negeri 2 Bandung jurusan Elektronika Komunikasi tahun 2001.
Dan pada tahun 2002 saya bekerja di PT.Philips Industries Batam,sebagai Asst.Supervisor Store selama 3thn,lalu pada tahun 2005 saya bekerja di PT.Teac Electronics Indonesia Batam,sebagai Teknisi QA Department selama 2thn terakhir saya bekerja di PT Carrefour Indonesia di bandung selama 6 bulan sebagai Staff Receiving Store.
Nilai tambah saya adalah;
>mempunyai SIO dari Disnaker untuk mengoperasikan Forklift
>telah mengikuti pelatihan Pb free dan RoHS Compliant juga sebagai trainer ESD(Electro Static Discharge)
>di Batam saya sudah banyak pengalaman di olahraga Basket diantara nya:2003-mendali emas PORDA batam bersama team PTS,2004-mendali perak Batamindo cup bersama team Philips,2005-mendali emas batamindo cup bersama Teac,2006-mendali emas piala walikota batam bersama Teac,2006-mendali emas batamindo cup bersama Teac juga.
Saya harap perusahaan Infineon berkenan memberi kesempatan bagi saya untuk bergabung bersama perusahaan dan juga team Basket PT.Infineon Batam.
