1. Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
• Menjual produk “office furniture” seperti karpet, workstation dan kursi
• Melakukan presentasi kepada klien dan relasi
• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan relasi
• Memperluas jaringan relasi dengan designer,konsultan dan kontraktor
Requirements:
• Pria/wanita
• Usia Mak. 30 tahun
• Latar belakang pendidikan min S1 Arsitektur/Teknik Sipil/Design Interior
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris diatas rata-rata
• Memiliki pengalaman menjual produk “office furniture” seperti karpet, workstation, dan kursi min. 1 tahun
• Bersedia bekerja dliluar “office hour”
• Memiliki jaringan relasi dengan designer dan konsultan di seputar Jakarta
• Siap bekerja dengan target nominal
• Bersedia “mobile” secara mandiri
2. Factory General Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for manufacturing operations and factory management. The primary focus is to raise productivity level, continuously improve operations and cost reduction programs within Furniture Manufacturing industry
Requirements:
• Min 8 years of experience in similar position (as Senior Manager or General Manager).
• Male, max 45 years of age.
• S1 degree from Engineering background, Post Graduated in Industrial Engineering will be an advantage.
• Dynamic and dedicated professional, aggressive with initiative and self motivated personality.
• Proficient in English and computer literate is a must.
3. Estimator
Responsibilities:
• Membuat RAB untuk keperluan proyek interior dan furniture.
• Komparasi harga dengan berbagai supplier.
Requirements:
• Laki-laki/Perempuan berusia 24-28 tahun.
• Latar belakang pendidikan S1 Arsitektur/Teknik Sipil.
• Menguasai teknik pekerjaan dan pembuatan RAB untuk keperluan tender.
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang material untuk keperluan proyek interior dan furniture (office/residensial).
4. Product Consultant/Sales Assistants
Responsibilities:
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap penjualan produk interior dan furniture di dalam showroom
• Memberikan ide-ide design kepada klien/costumer yang datang ke showroom.
Requirements:
• Female, age between 21 – 27 years
• Diploma I – III degree or equivalent
• S1 from Architecture/Interior Design are preferably
• English proficiency in writing and speaking
• Good appearance and interpersonal skill
• Customer service oriented
• Like challenge, hard working & fast learner
• High initiative
• Willing to be placed at Surabaya
• Willing to work with unusual working hour
