Astra CMG Life is a fast growing life insurance company. A joint venture company between Astra International and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

1. Business Process Officer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to assiss Business Process Unit Head to handle unit’s activities/projects (business process standarization) and administrative matters

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Having min 1 year working experience in business process management, especially in financial institution
• Required skill(s): Computer (Ms Application), English.
• Preferred skill(s): Project Management, Business Process Management.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.

2. Direct Call Center Officer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle inbound/outbound calls from direct marketing product campaign (including complaints, services, inquiries, etc).

Requirements:
• Hold a bachelor degree from any reputable university/institution
• Having working experiences as call center/teleservices/customer care, especially in financial institution
• Computer literacy
• Good command in English
• Good communication & interpersonal skills

3. Advertising & Promotion Officer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handle internal and eksternal company’s promotion

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Communication Studies
• Having 1-2 years of working experiences in promotion & communication area
• Good communication skills (verbal and writing skills)
• Computer literacy (Ms Application and design)
• Photography skills is an advantage
• Good command in English
• Good interpersonal skills
